I read someone else mention the "coaching her" aspect but I can't find it now. You can see it at least once in the interview though, without having to speak Russian. She's asked where her brusies are after they say they don't want to show them. She mentions a couple on her arms, then hesitates, and then the translator starts telling her things and pointing to areas on her body, and then she starts talking again and pointing to the same areas.
There have also been numerous reports come out about what a bad translating job she did, and that she added things. Here's just a couple.

Vavrinyuk mistranslated in this video. Does NOT say "he was having a lot of fun"

@SlavaMalamud translator did a terrible job IMHO, added her own interpretation of statements. Yevgenia seemed a bit sedated.

@BizarreJester I had the same impression about the translator.

Lots of criticism of Russian translation at Varlamov accuser presser - by Russians
"No, they don’t have to be taken at face value, and no, you’re not an uncaring beast if you at least would like to withhold judgment or subject the allegations to a critical evaluation. (Or even wonder if we in the media were a bit too compliant about accepting that translations of Varlamov’s accuser’s comments at her news conference Thursday would come from her lawyer’s fiance.)"
