As a Leafs fan I wanted them to make the playoffs. I want the Sens/Habs/Sabres all to be good. Fans always seem to revel in their rivals struggles, but I don’t get that. IT’s not fun when all your rivals suck. It’s much more exciting hockey when your rivals are good, games are much more exciting and meaningful. I hope the Sens make the playoffs next year.

Like most sens fans we just hoped they would take a step and be in the race right now which they still are. Was always a long shot with the way they started the season. So no not a disappointing season. But have fun only 108 games left with Matthews.

I dont think anyone expected them to play at the pace they were playing at. Adrenalin has worn off now. Playing with pressure is something the group has never experienced. Young team and were seeing the warts/inconsistency. They have a long way to go but the foundation is there.
