It Lekk injured?Abbotsford vs Tucson is just underway.
Lekkerimaki isn't dressed. Neither is Mancini.
Tolopilo is in net.
I think you are probably right. Raty was up for apparently no reason at all and then JT trade dropped.Abby goes gown 3-0 against Tucson and can't come all the way back--losing 3-2. Both Karlsson and Raty back in the lineup. Raty finishes with a goal and assist. Blais had the other.
No sign of Lekkerimaki. Makes me wonder if he's still with the parent Canucks. No sign of any injury in the last game he played against the Eagles, but also missed the last game in San Diego.
Makes me think something might be brewing on the trade front. The temptation will be to plug Lekkerimaki into the NHL lineup for the rest of the season, particularly if Boeser is headed out of town via a trade.

I just saw all the goal highlights courtesy of Canucks army writer Dave Hall. Tolo wasn't good but the defending by the baby Nucks. That was bad. One goal there Aatu Raty did not take a stride from center ice until he got into the Nucks zone when a player he could have covered was shooting the puck into the Nucks net. This oneMan oh Man the Canucks goaltending depth is looking dismal at the moment. Neither Tolopilo nor Silovs have been very good in Abbotsford this season.
And with Demko's future uncertain, past Lankinen it's like 'Death Valley'. Biggest concern with the Abbotsford goaltenders is the awful rebounds they give up.
Toughest thing for a d-man to cover is a bad rebound. The attacking team has all the play in front of them, and can simply get to those juicy rebounds a lot quicker.
