Yes, basically any home with a TV should be able to tune in Fox for free with an antenna, USA would only be available to people who pay for cable or a similar service

Is that what the numbers come out to? I was just explaining the difference between an over the air broadcast network, and a cable channel. Pretty much any person with a TV can usually get NBC, FOX, ABC, and CBS, then the cable networks have a more limited reach

Ratings have generally been 1.65M to 1.8 this year. That’s a low number.
