wouldn't be surprised if he is available, we need a solid vet D man with 1 max 2 years left
Unfortunately our defense is basically rookies… or guys that fit pvs image

Lybushkin- but he’s mintyukovs partner and a good fit there
Gudas- no way we move him tho, he’s a big culture piece for us

I could see ya moving fowler in the not too distant future, but I don’t think he’s the type of dmen leafs are lookin for

I’d love if the NHL did more rookie games.

This years top rookies VS last years top rookies..

Season 5 players VS years 1 and 2 rookie/sophomores.
I do believe that these types of games are in the plans right after the 7 teams comprised on the day of the week they were born in.

After watching the Bruins play against Anaheim twice in short order, I can confirm that Mintyukov has had a very good start. Carlsson also looks great on the top line.

I haven't seen any Wild games so I'm curious to see how Faber is doing when I get the chance.

Gudas is what we need but considering how the Panther series went he may not fit the room well lol

Faber stood out in a big way when the Leafs played the Wild. Looked like a seasoned vet and their best defensemen in that game anyway.

Faber was always destined to be a good nhler.

Was surprised kings moved him but fiala has worked out well for kings.

The rookie class of dmen is very talented in all aspects of the game, the list earlier didn’t even have Korchinski or thrun

Yeah he’s definitely been that. Brodin has been uncharacteristically turnover prone and Spurgeon hasn’t played yet.

Rossi & Faber have both been excellent. It’s the vets who need to get it going

Not just the offense either. He's Anaheim's most impactful defenseman in all three zones. As a 19 year old rookie. Crazy that Zellweger and Luneau are still waiting in the wings.
Yeah all around he is a stud! Ducks got a gem in their hands

He was one of my fav in his draft year and he could become the best of the 2022 draft imo

As of 9PM 10/31 - Order is the same as listed on the NHL website.

Skaters:

#1 Ridley Greig(C) - 8GP 2G 5A 7P 15:49 TOI

#2 Connor Bedard(C) - 9GP 4G 2A 6P 19:45 TOI

#3 Bobby Brink(R) - 8GP 2G 4A 6P 16:31 TOI

#4 Pavel Mintyukov(D) - 9GP 1G 5A 6P 19:09 TOI

#5 Luke Hughes(D) - 8 GP 1G 5A 6P 19:39 TOI

#6 Logan Cooley(C) - 8GP 0G 6A 6P 16:56 TOI

#7 Matthew Poitras(C) - 9GP 3G 2A 5P 15:13 TOI

#8 Adam Fantilli(C) - 9GP 2G 3A 5P 16:22 TOI

#9 Luke Evangelista(R) - 8GP 1G 4A 5P 14:57 TOI

#10 Marco Rossi(C) - 9GP 3G 1A 4P 14:50

Goalies :

#1 Joseph Woll - 4GP 3W 1L 1.33 GAA .961 SV%

#2 Lukas Dolstal - 5GP 4W 1L 2.79 GAA .921 SV%

I'm not going to include goalies with a 3+ GAA as there's no chance a goalie would win Vezina with that kind of record.

Mintyukov is a stud, this kid is going to be a gem. So composed.

He has been so good it has been shocking. Can't recall a young d-man who was so solid in both zones.

This was incredible - physical play to dispossess Dumba and then leads the rush leading to a goal. If his shot goes in (instead of hitting the post) it is a top 10 play for the year.

I have seen a lot of Games of Anaheim and Chicago.
Bedard looks like a rookie with glimpses of great offense and his shot is already among the best. Still plays a lot like a rookie, as expected and has a lot of holes in his game.
Anaheim has so many great rookies, but Mintyukov plays like a veteran. He is my frontrunner of all players I have seen in many games. What a great skater with great IQ and skills both ends. And hits and blocks like a monster.
Happy to get him and Carlsson in my dynasty fantasy team this year.
