Agreed. For context Russo is the Wild beat reporter, gets paid for people to read his stuff and who the heck doesn’t love reading about how awesome a player on their team has been. It’s fun. That articles seems extremely "jump the gun-ish". Almost uncomfortably so.
Based on his history.
Hasn't been an issue for 2.5 years. Nothing for you to worry about.
With the health condition he has, it can become an problem anytime.
Just throwing things against the wall to see what sticks, are you? With the health condition he has, it can become an problem anytime.
I mean. Faber for one. Carlsson with two fewer points than Fantilli in 10 fewer games played. Mintyukov with as many points as Fantilli as a defenseman. Hughes with one point less as a defenseman.Rossi' health concerns me.
Bedard will most likely win it but who is the candidate that Bedard is most likely up against? In my opinion it is Fantilli.
Zary has 16 points in 21 games. Pending this Florida game, Zary could pass Fantilli and Rossi by the end of the night for 2nd in rookie scoring, he's already 2nd in rookie scoring %.Fantilli isn’t even close at this point.
Bedard has 26 points in 30 games.
Fantilli has 17 points in 32 games.
"It" being what? He is two years removed and playing at a high level. If there were going to be complications or regressions into a chronic condition, he'd be there now. Unless you have a crystal ball and know that he is going to catch another viral infection leading to round 2 of myocarditis, you seem to be yelling at clouds needlessly. It can go either way.
vague, and lacking any sort of factual basis. It can go either way.
Great post. There are all sorts of rookies doing good things this year.I mean. Faber for one. Carlsson with two fewer points than Fantilli in 10 fewer games played. Mintyukov with as many points as Fantilli as a defenseman. Hughes with one point less as a defenseman.
Fantilli now 3rd on the team in goals with 9, 1 back of Marchenko and 4 back of Jenner.
Fantilli with 2 points so far tonight and 7 pts in his last 7 games.
To be fair to Levi, if someone's standing there somewhat behind the net your first instinct is that you have at least a second to get you the post, he's not gonna be able to get a shot off... Except halfway through that thought the puck is in the netThat was a goal scorer’s goal. I’m scared to check, I feel like Sabres fans might blame Levi- to me, that was as smooth as those shots go. Feels like Sabres get caught on em to an odd degree, but that specific shot ain’t really on the goalie.
Anyways, first time seeing Fantilli and I’m just impressed by that instinct. Super clean execution of that play, great awareness.
And it’s 3-1 on a between-the-legs from Marchenko, f*** Granato. Anyways.

I get the joke but funny enough Fantilli's 2 points were on the teams 1st 2 goals2 points for Bedard on his team’s 2 first period goals.
2 points for Fantilli on his team’s 8 goals on the night.
No please do, I want him to put up more points.Don't insult Bedard again.

Again, without Brodin and Spurgeon. Playing as defacto #1.Another 30 minute game for Faber along with 2 assists.
In the last 4 games, he's averaging almost 30 minutes a game, has 3 assists and is +4. The guy has been a beast
The fact that the rest of the defense is Middleton, Merrill, Goligoski, Hunt and Mermis tells you how screwed Minnesota would be without Faber.Again, without Brodin and Spurgeon. Playing as defacto #1.
