Baby steps. Still a few years away from fulfilling his destiny as one of the all-time great Rangers.

How have the Rangers fans embraced the rebuild over there
Trust me the worst thing you could do is do a quick fix, either go all in on the rebuild or don’t.Some of us are fully on board while others keep talking about getting quick fixes. Also, a lot of fans are upset about things like the Zuc trade. Personally, I'm fully on board of the rebuild

Remember when you said you'd be better than him with his talent? How's that going?Baby steps. Still a few years away from fulfilling his destiny as one of the all-time great Rangers.
Gorton is kind of like Benning. Great at drafting, but the UFA/RFA signings are iffy (Smith, Shattenkirk, Skjei). Maybe the signings aren’t terrible, but this is one area where Gorton can improve. He’s also amazing at trades and tends to trade players a year too early rather than a year too late (Brassard, Stepan, McDonagh, etc.), which gives us more value. And during a rebuild, many GMs tend to hold on to older guys with character that have been with the team for a while. Gorton isn’t like that. He doesn’t care, which is good, I guess.Hi. Amateur anthropologist here. How's the mood in Blueshirt territory? Your GM is regarded with some reverence on our board for having the stones to initiate what we think is a proper rebuild. Are we in the wrong for thinking this way? Please dispel any myths regarding this.
Have a nice evening.
Jim is the opposite, he either trades people too late or just simply does not trade people that should be, killing their value completely.Gorton is kind of like Benning. Pionk just never seems to be in sync with others
He's had to go end to end a couple times because of thatHe can’t make a pass just can’t do it

Fanbase was screaming for Tanev to be traded for example a few years ago at his peak, He was starting to show injury concerns but it was not really official yet.
Now he’s injured just so much, his value has tanked hard
I can’t obviously speak for everybody, but I think more People like him and his job he’s done so far compared to what he hasn’t, there’s really not much you could do with such a lineup, and we’ve had so many injury concerns in the last few years on top of it.You guys like the job Travis Green is doing?
Fine. If we had Pettersson the rebuild is over.If the Rangers get Petterson they probably don't rebuild fwiw. They'd be in 7th-9th right now.
I'm positive he participated in attacking Daniel Larusso in the junkyardLmao at Namestnikov whacking the stick out of that Canuck's players hands after the whistle
im not so sure that woulda been a good thing. lotta dominoes there.Fine. If we had Pettersson the rebuild is over.
I was referring to Gorton being similar to him with drafting and free agency.Jim is the opposite, he either trades people too late or just simply does not trade people that should be, killing their value completely.
