There is no getting around the colossal mistake Tomlin made now that Rooney was forced to fire Canada.

Now they are stuck with his shitty offense for the rest of the season.

Looks like Faulkner will be the interim OC while Sullivan calls plays.

Still Canada’s offense but hopefully some of the play calls that just stop drives dead in their tracks will go away.

Per Dulac it was Rooney who fired Canada, not Tomlin. So much to unpack there...

Figured as much.

One thing to keep in mind, Tomlin is only signed for one more season. The fact that he did not get an extension this past summer is huge to me. I think Rooney II gave Mike this year to figure his shit out and if he doesn't think the team is moving in the right direction they move on.

If Tomlin had hired a real OC, not brought back a historically bad OC, I’m 100% sure they get at least competent QB play from KP.

Yet you can’t even bring yourself to admit he f***ed up hard.

Someone that could run a Ben Johnson type of offense would be absolutely perfect. If there’s an offense I want this team to emulate it’s the Lions.

They don’t have the most talented QB or the craziest weapons but that offense is amazing.
