Purdy in 3 games has 3 tdd 569 yards on 63 attempts
Goff has 4 tds 2 interceptions 1.300 yards in 6 games so far in the playoffs
The blow outs happen when you turn it over consistently more games are lost than 1. The ideal gameplan in the playoffs is 250 yards passing 150 yards rushing and no turnovers

Pickett is indeed throwing it very safe. He's also lucky this season, but luck is turning him into the NFL no pick streak leader and getting him close to franchise records, not into safe.

The 49ers made it to the nfc championship game the rams did it with Goff again his last 3 playoff wins he got 3 combined tds from the Qb position

Not a proven Oc a proven oc doesn’t leave their position unless they get offered an HC gig. Even the best play callers know they are limited by the QB look at Buffalo and New England heck Shanahan had a losing record without Jimmy G before Brock

Why would any OC come here knowing that Tomlin's coaching tree looks like Charlie Brown's?

Six years without a playoff win.

Let up 35+ points in last 4, including 3 games letting up 40+ points.

First coach to ever get 40 points from his offense and lose a playoff game at home.

Thought it was a good idea to bring back an OC that put up historically bad numbers.
 
Ben 2005 playoff stats 800 yards 7 tds and 3 interceptions now if your saying KP can’t match that then you know he isn’t the guy.

Half those points his defense wasn’t even on the field for and the offense scored in garbage time

KP has zero chance of matching that given it took four games to accomplish, and his coach has proven incapable of winning a single playoff game the last six years.

Cowher also was smart enough to know he couldn’t win in the playoffs if he kept Roth in a bubble.

Tomlin no longer deserves any benefit of the doubt.

He is who he is. A coach who can’t win in the playoffs.

All of his decisions deserve scrutiny until he can provide tangible results when it matters.

Pretty crazy game last night. Andrews going down for the season and Burrow hurting his wrist.

Burrow's injury looked like when a pitcher hurts their arm on a pitch. They look at their arm and flex it and the coaches come out and he tries another half throw and is like nope. Pretty crazy all this and Watson is happening right before the Steelers play Cleveland and Cincinnati.

At this point it looks like they will be playing a backup in Cincinnati as well.

Feels like the Steelers should be able to go at least 4-4 down the stretch and that puts them at 10-7 and probably a playoff spot. 5-3 down the stretch and they definitely get a playoff spot.
 
Yeah i said 11/6 before the season and sticking with that prediction the question with the ravens rough December does the week 18 game get flexed because it’s for the division
 
With Burrow and Andrews going down, no doubt the Steelers win the division or make the playoffs.
But I bet Tomlin's defense only gives up 30 points this time

now that we finally got our running game going, time to mix in some PA passes and get the passing game going
