It is fact and well known by hockey people. Two cups while on even playing field and none since 1993 and it will be many more before they parade in Montreal again.
Kindly educate yourself or remove yourself from the premises, troll.

I had a professor once who, while trying to illustrate the nature of culture wars, told us to think about disagreements like so: Why do I think the thing I think? Why does the other side think the things they think? Why am I certain of the thing I think and why am I certain that the thing that THEY thing is wrong?

So, if everybody tells you it's a myth and that you could very easily (and simply) do some secondary research through google about the situation - why don't you do it? Are you so lazy and intellectually dishonest that you'd rather wallow in ignorance than educate yourself? Honestly?

Sorry bro, if that's a "fact" that is well-known by your "hockey people", you're hanging out in the lower end of the gene pool when it comes to hockey people. Those with access to information know differently. I don't think a single person whose rights were acquired by the old territory ownership suited up for the team, let alone a Stanley Cup winning squad. Maybe there are one or two, but you've probably never heard of them.

How dumb do you have to be to not be able to find info on the Habs dynasties on the internet?

Sorry jelly-bellies but Pollock built one of the best teams in history, fair and square.

Who are these "hockey people" you speak of?

This subject has been debated to death. It is true that what was successful for Habs management back in the day would not work in the modern NHL, but if there was any unfair advantage you want to argue about, you can point at all of the original 6 and their cups. Of course even then certain teams have less to show for it...

Cherry was perfect, the most fun I had all day. Why aren`t the NYR playing their starter against a team like Blues?

I wanted the Habs to get Boyd Gordon for his defensive play but didn't realize he had some offensive in him.

This announcer for the Avs game on RDS is pissing me off, can't even use "literally" correctly.

How about using apparently for something (or evidence thereof) that is, in fact, impossible to physically see? English is haaaard maaaan. (full disclosure, I've caught myself using apparently incorrectly on multiple occasions, lol)
