I completely over did it yesterday. I ate way too much and I'm ashamed of myself. I was paralyzed I was so full. Even now, 16 hours from my last meal I'm not even remotely hungry. Maybe top 5 fullest I've ever been.

Is this like MMA rugby in the colosseum?
Apparently they've been "playing" this game since the 1500's. Some of the tournaments have been cancelled due to brawls - as though the whole thing doesn't look like "MMA goes to the bar" night.

Today was a great day as my 'hero' found out his chemo is working and his tumor is shrinking. This guy is 72yo, he comes in 2 or 3 times a week and has his 3 girls. They play a dice game, the winner gets 4 drinks and a trip upstairs while the losers settle for 2 drinks. He's always upbeat even when you can see how life is dragging him down, he doesn't mope and complain just trudged on. I need to follow his example more but damn sometimes life just beats you down

Does anyone want a Sabres long-sleeved T-Shirt? I bought it two seasons ago and have never worn it apart from trying it on. It’s size medium and is too small for me. I always buy medium T-Shirts so I wasn’t expecting it to be too little.
Ice Hockey is a sport with a low fan base here and any casual fan is probably only going to go for original six teams.
I thought someone here might like it.
I would only want money to cover postage, however that would work. Can work it out through DM if someone is keen.

Anyone know what happened to Baker-Fairburn? It's been like 3 weeks since they've released a pod.
So I'm out on vacation this week in the area I will retire to in a few years and find this out while I'm trying to have a good time. It's shit like this that makes me an ornery, distrustful, negative person. This was during a shoplifting of beer. A MFing misdemeanor that a brain dead a-hole thought was worth murdering someone over. That someone happened to be a really great guy that did his job with integrity for 20 years.
