However if they are all under 100 then isn't that considered a win from the ridiculous and all too common uber hot southwest summer?

Yes, but being from WNY originally, it's not something I would describe as "Fall weather" either. :frosty:

It may not be fall, but it is glorious in North Florida today. I would say this is as close to a mid-June summer day from my childhood as this place ever gets.

So, we went to Sabres Fan Fest last weekend and waited in line for hours for signatures. As we made it to the front of the line we learned my daughter’s freind’s favorite player Victor Olofsson was signing. We just missed him.

Now we are going to the scrimmage and I want to help her get her jersey sign. My daughter won’t let me make the following sign for her friend:

My Goalofsson
Is to have Olofsson
sign my Jerseyfsson

I seriously question why I have friends at times

Friends are supposed to make you laugh while questioning their debatable decisions.

Well Wednesday was mainly sleeping outside of a meeting, Thursday I never even got out of bed, yesterday was better and moved around a bit.

The twins are exceptionally frugal. They're averaging about 200 baht a day ($5,80) to feed the 3 of us. Today I have southwestern chicken in the slow cooker so they can experience something different. Tomorrow if energy is better I'll take them to Ninja BBQ so they can have lots of things they've never had. It's an all you can eat, self cook for 399 baht ($11) and they have crab, prawn, freshwater shrimp, chicken pork etc. Will have to invite their cousins as the big sister can show them the ropes

Hope you're feeling more energetic soon, Chief.

Getting better, took the walker out for a stroll to the bars. Basically down the elevator, out the front door to the car, then inside the bar. The twins needed some of their things so the $2 cab and talk to my people while they grab clothes. Being girls they couldn't just wash what they had, they needed different.

Home now and about exhausted from that trip, one of the twins is watching me like a hawk as big old Gus carried me from the cab to my apartment so they think this coming sleep will be different than normal. I just need some rest and as Gus says a certified freak to perk me up

I have a short that's over 10k views, my first video that has come even close. Next highest is just under 2k. The short, if you're not subbed to my channel :

So a bit of an update, have been at the Cleveland Clinic since Friday with my dad. Cleveland looks like they are willing to operate if Oncology gives them the go ahead (basically they want to make sure the cancer isn't terminal once the tumors are removed). Strong Memorial called it 'inoperable', so this is good news. We are getting the slides from his biopsy today from Rochester, so hoping Oncology gives us a good prognosis and he can get surgery. If not, I don't know what the options are as the tumors left as is will be 100% terminal within a matter of months, if not sooner.

In my dreams it would be warm weather here in Moncton New Brunswick! Walked out of work Tuesday morning to 4 degrees (39F for you fahrenheit lovers). we didn't get much of a warm summer here. i will say it was nice on the weekend which was good, my youngest son was visiting and we made a trip to Halifax, caught a QMJHL game while there as well.

So the dumb-assery continues: someone kicked in a new hole in the fence between units last night. That they didn't just walk about 100 yards to where there is a clear gap between the old fence and the new is the cherry atop this pile of stupid.

they still haven't fixed that shit?

So they have fixed this latest hole in the fence. And it sounds like they have a fairly good idea who did it and why he does it.
