Shit, forgot to respond. It does look great, but man I miss the pizza of my youth. Maybe it's just memory playing tricks, but pizzeria pizza has gotten so much thicker in the dough department over the years, at least around here. I love me some crispy bottom, foldable pizza.Crispy exterior but doughy too.
