Actually I had Sedins and Perry on one line and made a trade for Getzlaf. And to be fair I did have a reason for the trade. I wanted another #1 centre and I wanna win this draft.

Sure trading us fun, but I trade to win, not to have fun.

I see the point your trying to get at though.

I mainly trade to get more depth.
However...
Sometimes...
I do make trading mistakes.

Personally...
The draft is fun...
But trades increase it by ten fold.

I do agree that there has to be a limit though.
I would not go as far as a veto...
But no trades when one is on the clock is very reasonable.

For anyone that wants Carey Price...

Trade me your 5 best players for my 20/21/22/23 picks, as well as another top 5 goalie.

Regarding trading, its actually only a few teams that are involved. Most of the teams (myself included) haven't made any deals, or have only made simple pick swaps.

Personally, I find trading quite tiresome and difficult to work out a fair deal. I always feel like Im getting lowballed with offers.... Or maybe I'm just a tought negotiator

For me, if you're the one inquiring about a deal you can expect to be dealing from a position of weakness. The other dealer has no need to give up their players.

Yup , also the one inquiring should supply an offer. If you're the one asking you should have an idea of what you want to give up...

Nah. Whatever works out to better teams overall.
But if you enquire about it you shoukd should put forth the initial offer.

Kuz will be 2C, Zajac is sadly a 1C on his team..., I doubt Panarin will be ahead of Kane/Hossa on the depth chart.

Yeah hehe Zajac #1 C on my 3rd line :devdance:

Kuz will be Caps 2nd line C. He started on the wings though and played a fair bit there internationally and in the KHL. On my team he'll be used on the Wings so if the Caps do it Oshie is his only competition next to Ovie

Panarin isn't ahead of Kane or Hossa but he'll play with one of them

I would put Beauchemin #3 on the Avs behind EJ and Barrie...also it's impressive that you know the 15-16 playoff teams, you should make a killing in Vegas

Very arguable on Beauchemin and Barrie. One can be counted on for all things the other is a stud OFD. And this is only for 15-16.
I would make bank if odds were that easy. Lol all those teams are playoff locks except Isles if Leddy and Boychuk gets hurt.

also

We have a trade to announce

To NJD: 13(21), 14(12), 20(4)
To DET: 12(24), 15(13), 22(27)

sad you went for Boyle. I would have liked to have picked him with your 18(12)

And damn never thought you'd be working on the 4th line wing over the #1 RD

still a good pick I'd say he's unique. Adds size down the middle which is always nice
