And damn never thought you'd be working on the 4th line wing over the #1 RD

still a good pick I'd say he's unique. Adds size down the middle which is always nice

I couldn't tell when he'd go and weird players I was thinking of for rounds 16+ have already gone.
Boyle was vital to my team composition, had it in my head since the beginning.
He's been awesome in Tampa Bay.

But how many minutes do you plan to give to each line?
I am sure some people would not be happy...
If they have proven that they can play...
But they only get to play 5 minutes a game on your team.

I am merely curious.
Honestly...
I think you may have overkilled a bit with the team depth.


I also think you should have filled out your D first.
Most people overlook that 4th line anyway.

Going for forward depth at the expense of defensive depth is a pretty solid idea. Have you forwards fresh so you spend most of the time in the attacking zone.

4th liners are dime a dozen though.
3rd pairing Ds...
While not as important...
Are still expected to play at least 10 minutes a game.

Right now...
He can still get his pick of decent D-men...
Who will all be gone by the time the latter rounds come around.

Very arguable on Beauchemin and Barrie. One can be counted on for all things the other is a stud OFD. And this is only for 15-16.
I would make bank if odds were that easy. Lol all those teams are playoff locks except Isles if Leddy and Boychuk gets hurt.

You basically swapped picks in rounds only he got the round with the better pick. The 20th for 22nd is mute since those players are considered extra picks.

Im no expert but he easily won that trade. That said if your player your after falls to your spot then it's a massive win for you. Really just depends on what happens.

I would have happily beat that. But having no 13th made a deal difficult I would imagine.

That said maybe your new 13th pick would be up for trade?
