Love the explosiveness.
Jets have big problems at tackle, though.
Yeah, that is my feeling to. The o-line Keeping Z. Wilson upright and healthy is a key to how many more games this team wins. Unfortunately the next 7 of 9 games looks like a difficult task for someone who will be running for his life to survive.Love the explosiveness.

Not sure what to say about AVT. The guy is barely a year out of college and has played 3 different positions on the Oline this year and don't think he let up a pressure yesterday. The guy is an absolute stud.Love the explosiveness.

If Duane Brown can hold up until Fant gets back and healthy - and hopefully Mitchell after that, we could have unwittingly found ourselves some legit Olinemen going forward.
And the team is high on Nate Herbig at Guard too? He looked pretty decent yesterday. Its still being held together with scotch tape and glue but considering how much worse it could have been, I'll tip my hat to this group right now.
If they can get over the injury issues, get the line they want out there and have some continuity, I'm almost getting excited.
WOW!Going to be a dream sports week for me.
1) Mon-Wed - Was in Pinehurst NC area (played Midpines and Pineneedles where they had the women's open did not actually play Pinehurst this time) . just got back two hours ago.
2) Thurs - going to Isles opener
3) Friday- Sunday morn - NotreDame /Stanford weekend in Southbend with game on Saturday night,
4) Sunday - get up somehow at 5AM, drive 300miles from Southbound to Lambeau for Jets/Packers (never been)
5) the highlight drive to Sheboygan after Jets game to sleep it all off, before getting up for Monday flight back out of Chicago.
Now that I am an empty nester trying to get it all done at once lol.
I hope you got a round in this morning otherwise your Wednesday is woefully inadequate.Going to be a dream sports week for me.

Thats an awesome trip, ND is a great place to see a game. My dream sports trip is a big ND game followed by an Isles game in Chicago the same week.
Love Pineneedles, played it twice. MidPines was nice too. 2 and 4 are awesome! Ever play Tobacco Road? That course is crazy.Going to be a dream sports week for me.

I have not played Tobacco Road, but a few of the guys went over to play it yesterday.. We go to MIdpines/PIneneedles every year for a client event with between 15-20 foursomes , it is. a fun 2 day event with a bunch of other small competitions mixed in after the 18. I could not stay for extra rounds this year but normally have in the past. (I love Pineneedles but the 1st hole seems to kill me every year out of the gate. Once again this year, out of the sand had no chance to hold the green which runs away quickly, so double bogied it).Love Pineneedles, played it twice. MidPines was nice too. 2 and 4 are awesome! That's what I've heard about the rooms at Mid Pines. Stayed in the Carolina at Pinehurst a couple of years ago that was real nice. Don't use the bathroom at Midpines in the locker room to go number 2 the door is right in your face. It's tiny, yes I speak from experience. Wasn't good for my claustrophobia, lol.I have not played Tobacco Road, but a few of the guys went over to play it yesterday.. FYI, the grounds are nice but Midpines rooms are horrible. have not been renovated in half a century maybe longer, so if you can stay at Pineneedles across the street that is a much better option. Last year we were sitting at breakfast and there was water streaming from the ceiling from one of the rooms above.
I don't think Wilson was good - because being good means making throws where only your guy can catch it even if they're covered. His accuracy isn't there yet. (Green Bay's corners were very good though.) For example, that throw to G. Wilson was at chest level, and behind him. It should have been low along the sideline. (Though G Wilson should have caught the slant.)Of course, the outsiders can claim that ZW had a "bad game" but yesterday was a game manager only type game. He moved the chains when he needed to and did not make mistakes.
I'm just waiting for the game where the run game stalls and he needs to take over, then we'll see if he has what it takes (I also put some blame on LaFleur, why are you running a bootleg to his left side on a critical 3rd down? I'm not surprised he could not complete that pass to Garrett Wilson)
How bout dem Jets!
