Not corsi no, but the game tracks raw zone time.

Shots matter more but zone time doesn't hurt.

I was playing as the Rangers online and I went on a breakaway with Kevin Hayes. Blew by the guy playing as the defenseman and only after I scored did the guy and his buddy barrel into their goalie, sending one of them into a front flip over the goalie into the net. The other guy did a more traditional Girardi pls move.

I know this isn't NHL related, but is anyone else excited for Double Dragon IV? Engine looks very similar to the second game Acclaim did for the NES. The first two Double Dragons are some of my favorite games ever made and this looks like a tribute, perfect for the 30th Anniversary (I'm old).

I have 51 ROW with 112 pts 79 games in and I am in 2nd place cause a team has 15 loser points

Finished 3rd in the division with 49 wins. Philly, who we played in the first round had 45 wins and had home ice because NHL.

Knocked them out in 6.



Moreover, the Devils who came in 4th in the Metropolitan division, were 1st wildcard and moved to the Atlantic playoffs. They were the 4th seed in the Atlantic. They had more points than the team that won the Atlantic.....

I know it's only NHL 17, but this could actually happen and this playoff system SUUCCCCCCKKKKSSSSSSSSSSSS

Also I gotta give EA credit for making a super realistic playoffs. The atmosphere is ridiculous and every goal is ass ugly.

The game actually adapts itself to be different from the regular season like the real playoffs.

Update: Swept the Isles. 4-1, 7-0, 5-2 and 2-1.

Next round is the Pens which will be tougher most likely, but still have home ice throughout the entire conference.

Around my season league, the Sabres dispatched the Habs in 7 and will be playing TB next.
