No idea how people can be getting upset when the team wins on the backs of guys like Pettersson and Kuzmenko. The real tank mission was getting Benning fired. Getting worked up because the team's elite younger players tie and win the game is pretty silly, in all honesty.

I understand Bedard is good, and it would be nice if the chips fell to the Canucks, but unless the Canucks fall out of the bottom 10 there's not much to be disappointed about in terms of having a chance to draft him.

Canucks have been playing extremely well as of late, they were losing because of goaltending but if Silovs produces above .900, then this tank isn't going to go well.
 
Who woulda thought that Silvos would have produced as many .900 games as demko this season.... in his third career start.
 
We had everything go our way for like 2 weeks to even have a chance at bottom 5. Now it’s the reverse. That’s how it goes sometimes.

Next 5 games are brutal, lets get back on track baby

I think JR/Alvin really needs to call up Martin again the other tanking teams GMs are actively trying to make their team worse as the deadline nears. Silvos can help lead the baby canucks to the calder cup or something.
 
Why is the management of this team so consistently daft?

Is it their intention to never win a championship?

The solution is in Abbotsford.

Recall MARTIN the Tank Goalie, who happily lost 10 in a row.

Play him 24 straight games.

No idea how people can be getting upset not winning at this point. These wins are adding point totals to our team, effecting our overal draft odds. Saying Benning is the completed Tank mission is downright irresponsible, reckless. I won't remember these wins and comebacks in a few years. We will however remember the bedard year, when we were winning games, tying late games, to teams also tanking and affecting our overall chance at bedard or as higher pick.

At this point I guess some people wants losses and some want wins. Some want a dman with our higher pick and some rather not.

I think at this point, this team stupid team will come out with a point if the oppososing team has a 2 goal lead on us.

Frustrating for sure but the deadline is exactly 1 week away and a Boeser and Schenn will both be gone plus we have a tough schedule coming up so I’m not worried too much .

I still expect a top 7 pick
 
I take solace in the fact that we are just not a very good team and that wins are the aberration, not losses. Moving out Miller and/or Schenn and/or Garland and/or Boeser will magnify this fact.
