As a fan of the thunder i wish the canucks just did what they did and tank. Sit anyone with soreness and call up the youth or guys who would never get another chance and let it ride.

If the team trades Schenn then we’re going to see players like tank commanders Myers and Stillman get more ice time. I just hope we don’t see some new version of Sutter where a mediocre player steps up and produces during garbage time and causes us to lose a couple spots in the standings.

Yup this is what I’m worried about; players that are fringe NHLers who are playing for another contract.

We've got all those easy games coming up, no more Spencer Martin, and the Canucks are playing more structured hockey... I think they are going to string together quite a few wins to end the season, which is completely pointless of course. I think we are looking at picking in the 9 or 10 spot, unless Demko get traded and Martin makes a triumphant return. Oh man it would be nice to be picking in the top 6 in this draft, but I don't think it's going to happen.
