The jump from two seasons ago to last year was even more surprising. I’ll eat the crow—he showed so little that I was annoyed they gave him his current contract (3 x $1.4 mil).

If he puts up 100, he’s going to be the new cautionary tale that agents tell their clients. He’ll have arguably missed out on $20 million when the 7x7 kicks in next year.
