Condon/Ghetto for S. Girard and
any contract dump is about the only thing that makes sense for the Habs. Most of your forwards make too much for a straight swap for a role player and none of your depth defensemen would crack even St. John's top pairing.

Can't see Nashville parting with a recent 2nd rounder though. Jarnkrok would also be appealing but I doubt that would happen.

I can't really see a just picks deal happening, Habs would want a similar but slightly lesser prospect who's still waiver exempt.
