Nice schedule maker. Ottawa only second game of season. Sudbury playing third in 2.5 days. Regardless some guys being really sloppy and not moving their feet.

Vondras good game but needs to make better decisions with puck. Second, looks like teams will be going up high over the shoulder with shots.

Wolves made it easy for Ottawa a couple of reasons today. We didn't skate, we didn't check, we didn't shoot, we didn't hold the puck in especially Anania, and overall just mailed it in. Now I realize Ottawa was sitting waiting for us and only played one game all year. Cameron made the adjustments after the first and the 67's didn't stop puck pursuit and we folded.

Scouting report on Vonda's shoot high blocker side. North bay scored the winner that way and Ottawa burned him 3 times today. Now they also got really good looks. Refs were horrid so many non calls on late hits and trips.

No gas left, no timely calls, questionable shift length-Goyette staying out 30 to 40 seconds after your wingers have left not the only guilty party. Sometimes comes down to bench management. Will be interesting what the lines look like with the return of Musty. Word is definitely out shoot high on Vondras..

Teams out of gas, all there is to it. Must be nice to be a team in the Toronto area or the Ottawa area and not have to deal with 3 games in 2.5 days, all against fresh teams.

Hopefully, Krawchuk can play more than 1 out of every 5 games. Not sure I'm convinced Vondras is the better goalie yet.

Lines will be interesting for sure. They will probably drop Evan from that line but who knows. Getting very little from Mauro. Looks to be the odd man out, unless you sit Taylor.

Once Musty is back if we can add a Top Six fwd sooner rather than later I think we’d be in a good spot
 
Tired team lost with zero adjustments during the game. I repeat myself we will never win playing Larmand every two shifts when losing 3-1 or 4-1 in a game. You can’t have your top line on the ice for three shifts in the second and expect to win. If your top line isn’t good enough on that day make some changes during the game !!! Coaching when you win 4-0 is easy…

Good point, neither am I. So far he’s no Ukko. Beaten clean on every goal except the first. Not going to be good enough.

Not so sure because Mackenzie is in love with the kid. He plays him non stop in wins AND losses. Just like that we’re out of the CHL top 10 list. Problem at the helm… Hope it gets fixed with Musty being back…
 
Getting Toure back is huge. He's going to be a beast for the Wolves, not a fun player to play against and can shut things down defensively. Interesting decisions upcoming for the Wolves on the OA front. If Wolves could drop both McCallum and Larmand, and bring in a top end offensive OA forward (look to Windsor), that would be nice. Run with Anania, Toure, new OA forward (49 goal scorer A.Christopoulos?). Odd man out should be Larmand, but we'll see what happens. Even with Musty returning, and if they drop just Larmand, I'd like to see the Wolves do another trade soonish to bring in another offensive player to help up front.
