Feels like the type of thing we'd have seen in the Burgess era.
Shoulda been a Sudbury Saturday Night game with entertainment from the Shaft Bottom Boys.
I’ve been on here for awhile I haven’t really posted much, I just like to read the comments and see what people are thinking about the team. When saw the team post about an emergency press conference. I took it as something serious. I mean we’re supposed to be a contending team, contending teams that actually want to win, usually act in a professional manner and this is what we get? Seriously fans that have been suffering for years, loyal fans, hoping for a contender, loyal fans, hoping for management to take things seriously, and give us what we’ve earned from being so loyal through some of the darkest times, and this is what we get? if you go to get drunk watching the game. But doesn’t address any of the concerns fans have. Goaltending, improving, coaching, new arena, I mean, there’s a reason why other teams in the OHL are looked at as high class, professional organizations and we are often viewed as a joke. If you don’t want to be seen as a joke, quit playing the Joker role….
I’ll take player upgrades, a new coach and a serious desire to win from management over five dollar beer day lol
We most certainly do. We can get hammered on $5 Wolves Brew, whatever the hell that is, and gather round the 1932 Memorial Cup Banner and reminisce about the championship days. Of course you have to be 90 plus years old to remember those days, or roughly the same age as the head coach of the team, lol
Have enough $5 beers it won't matter how good or bad the team is playing...it's all a facade by management!

Nothing but a body to fill a roster spot with all the injuries. He can join Chitaronni and Mauro on the smallest 4th line in OHL history.
Speaking of injuries, has the team said anything about Delic, Anania, Toure, Walton? I understand their PR department has been very busy with the emergency announcement but an update would be nice.

He's way better than Mauro...Not sure about Chitaronni....I haven't seen enough of him
He's an incredible Jr. A player, but at 19, not sure he has much to offer at the OHL. Mauro had 20 pts in 11 games for that same team last year.
MacKenzie and company were without top-line winger Quentin Musty, who served the first in a two-game suspension, as well as fellow forwards Kocha Delic and Kieron Walton and defencemen Andre Anania and Djibril Toure, all due to injury or illness.
Those last two may be ready to return when the Wolves host the Niagara IceDogs on Friday.

WOW 5 dollar beer night, that should really address the most ignorant fans in any rink in the ohl up and down during play, yelling and screaming seeing who can be the most obnoxious. This should be a clear indication on how interested the owner is of icing a winner. Stay tuned rumor mill has, and from a reliable source, popcorn 3 DOLLARS A BAG. Team must really be impressed. Dario must have a smile on his face like a butchers dog. Please Burgess buy it back.

There is a chance this player comes after Christmas. Big defensive defenseman, average mobility but loves to hit people. A player greatly needed on this soft Wolves blueline
I also don't post often and enjoy reading the comments, good or bad, this was a downer reading the comments since end of game, we're outcoached and outworked many games, the difference with the two teams, one had short shifts with aggressive forechecks, one had long shifts with little defence from forwards, 2nd Sault goal was because of another long shift with Goyettes line, you can see on replay he was running out of gas, was the closest to Sault player and gave up, leaving him alone, sigh, why have 4 lines if the 4th line plays 3 min a game, same problems over and over, all coaching, last time I posted I thought it was time to replace Mauro, who really isnt offering much for whatever reason, didn't think they would replace him with someone smaller, I don't get it, problems that can be fixed, and the big beer emergency, wow, hard not to be negative, and I don't blame the goalie at all, 3 goals, 3 Sault players left alone, on to the next game.
55 games with usa under 18 team 22-23 55 games 0 points yep, in dire need of this talent. Can't hit what you can't catch.
