Something tells me Robinson's time with the wolves is ticking away. Papineau will probably end up releasing him. You win some you lose some.

Toure needs to settle down and play smartly

Konyen needs to play with more jam.

Decent first period. Cant believe the rangers only have 1 win thus far.

He was back on the short PP. Good goal by Pharand.

He's playing reckless. Not surprised he got tossed. He needs calm down and play under control
I'm sorry he did what all other d men do in front of the net. His height gets him calls but tonight his first penalty was not a highstick and this last one was not a major call. These officials have something against him.

I like the kid but he need to bring his stick down. Also, there was no need to pick up that last penalty. None.

And that's the hockey game right there 4-2 game over.

Gladly eat crow if they come back. But I doubt it.

Everytime I watch Dorval he's got that head coach demeanor. Waiting for the call from Papineau lol

He’s not the only player with the holiday spirit, lots of gifts being passes out!

Lol this team has issues and it has nothing to do with youth.

Some of these player's are just not good enough to give you what you need to win consistently. Again, I blame big Rob.

Watched the game, keep shooting ourselves in foot with these penalties, and particularly major ones. To me something is missing the personnel is there we have the talent. To me it's the coaching, constant changing lines every game, not just lines. Constant players playing different positions, it's like throw your stick in the middle see what line you're on. Pulling the goalie early when down late in game is kind of embarrassing, that's Mickey Mouse to me. It does no good to pad the other teams stats, it's stupid. I rather them take their lumps with a loss instead of GA going through the roof :) I gave Duncanson a fair shake, I think it's time to cut him loose. Division is tough not going to get better.

Yikes! This doesn’t look like the Wolves from last weekend….
Walton with a huge give away on the 5th goal. Robinson and Mania I stopped counting on the bad/blind passes at 5 each. Holmes let the 7th goal guy go around him and then take the rebound. Great Captain there on that play. Soft as Adam Bennett. Nobody hit or forechecked hard. Boudreau took the night off, Musty did his floating around as usual. Only waiting for the perfect open ice to make a play. DeGrazia could not clear the puck on numerous occasions on the penalty kill. Had lanes but then took the extra move instead and couldn't clear it. So many mistakes....The bench bosses looked as unmotivated as the players tonight. Dunc shows no emotion on penalties. At least disagree with some authority so that we can get some calls go our way. The Rangers ran picks all night, trips on Goyette behind the net uncalled, and he was cut with no review that required stitches. Honestly this team does not seem to have any accountability. Don't know why during the game when behind that nobody brings energy to change the tempo. Like a big hit, strong forecheck... Something is missing. We need a bigger body to work the boards. Martin was so effective for the Rangers. Defence played strong positional game for the Rangers and limited second chances. Wolves looked like they were still admiring their bus today instead of getting pumped for a huge road game. Well guess what Ottawa is here Sunday and they well coached and won't be going on 6 hour bus ride home without giving an effort. Wolves need to find something. They were brutal tonight!!!

Some really good points made tonight. Im glad you mentioned Holmes, hes escaped criticism in this early season. Almost like he's just " there". Need more from him.

Dunc looked frustrated tonight and Dorval chomping at the bit to take over. He's next inline. Let him have it.

I'm alone here but I'll stand by my word and say it's a poorly constructed roster. And no it isn't youth. Yeah, and probably Dunc will pay the price and folks can celebrate. But nothing will change. Essentially you have to many 3rd line players. Can you think of a decent 2nd line that will give consistent production? Can you think of someone other than Goyette scoring consistently?

All I'm been hearing is wolves taking a run next year and or two seasons from now. With what player's?

I think they need a full line up first without a player being suspended every game

right now i'd go with 1st line of Delic-Goyette-Konyen and 2nd line of Musty-Villeneuve-Pharand

Looks good on paper but paper is paper. Interesting we have o/a in DeGrazia you'd have on a 3rd line. That is a problem.

Agreed! Run your first line as it was last year. Try to find a second line with the rest of the players. Or make a trade. Not having Derbidge a bigger body on the left side with physicality hurts even tough he is only 17. All these smaller players are really doing nothing for me. Mauro meh, Assadourian not sure about him being an effective OHL player here for the next few years. No real threat there to create scoring chances. Walton and Villy are rookies and should only be 4th line minutes and spot them a few shifts here and there on the top lines along with Assadourian. Third line is a checking line which should be Bourdreau, Larmand and McCallum end of story. Why McCallum is being put on all sorts of line is beyond me. The second line is DeGrazia, Musty and Pharand. Then the defence is really just Collins everyone else are making huge mistakes and costing us at this point. Toure yes needs to play tough but stick down but after that Mania is disappointing right now, Holmes isn't doing anything earth shattering, Robinson is an excursion with every shift. Anania when not suspended or taking penalties can shot block. But just needs to stay home and play defence. Chromiak is 16 and obviously this league is a shock to him. Anyway can only hope for some player movement and coach movement. Dunc is terrible...

WJ

that was a cross check to the face, He deserved 5 for sure
Sop was peaking to see if there was a call. It was a stretch if anything. Not sure what the officials were on Toure. If that call was a major for cross checking then the Pilons would of been suspended every time they hit anyone when they played. This league has gone soft imo.
