Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. The admin team will continue to work on existing issues, templates and upgrade all necessary available addons to minimize impact of this new version. Click Here for Updates

Looking at all you post activity you should keep that remark to yourself, no idea who you cheer for.
Not this season; the hounds almost certainly have the weakest groups of 2002 & 2003 born. So weak that the hounds may not be able to re-tool through trades.

I think Marty manages to add without parting with Akey, maybe able to hang on to Beaudoin too. I don’t see two other potential contenders parting with their 1st pick; Guelph maybe, and … Ottawa if they decide to buy their way into contention trading a 2006-1st & 2005-1st? Both teams are currently middle of the pack imo.

Ongoing for years is more appreciation than love for teams giving themselves a shot at winning. You know the more recent ones; Ottawa,Barrie, NB, Flint, Petes …somehow Miss.
Papineau’s 7th full season running the franchise is shaping up to be the 16th year without a single win in round 2. The one season above mediocrity was the year of #1 import and CHL goaltender of the year. The next best team was the perfectly middle of the pack 2019-20 wolves that finished 10-11 in the standings and goal differential.
Forgive me for appreciating well run franchises and being less than enamoured with the home town team right now.

Your stats incorrect again made Conference Semi final in 2018-2019 still made this round faced a powerhouse Ottawa team who won every round 4-0 except for the final when they lost to Guelph. Won a Central Division Banner in 2019/2020, no hockey in 2020-2021 which was our year to make some noise. Rebuild last year, and now this season seems we are on the right track.
I can put a good word for you when I see Dario.

Nice spin! Conference semi-final was the round two sweep of Papineau’s only team above mediocrity, right? And the 2019-20 division winner finished a perfectly middle of the pack 10-11 in league standings and goal differential?
You & Dario have ~ 18-30 months to plan parade for winning a game in the 2nd round of the playoffs.
Thanks for the friendly, objective banter, I’m going to check out before the moderating happens.

your the pro at spinning to make team look bad, but it hasn't been that bleak since Papineau inherited. I think the team is finally stable and our team looks good for the next few years. You better take a look at Barrie stats. since Papineau came on board in the OHL. Barrie after their run in 2016 playoff season haven't done much, very similar to Sudbury. Barrie no Playoffs in 2017, 2019 etc. With that type of success for a franchise I will pass.

With Goyette, Holmes, Collins, Musty, DeGrazzia, McCallum, Villineuve and Robinson not playing Friday night….who is in and who is out on opening night?? Your the GM, what are you doing???

I believe Villeneuve and DeGrazia are out, that will lead Mauro and Hollingsworth sitting out, getting us to 12 forwards I believe. That's assuming Goyette is back from camp.
On D, if all are Healthy and back from camps, sitting out will be Walton, Bishop, and Protz.
