Where can find the Wolves draft picks or specifically what they have in the top three rounds. Thanks.

Sudbury has 2 2nds and 4 3rd's in the next two years. Will have a lot more after today. There is a draft pick database resource, but for some reason I can't post it.

So like everything else it seems the cost for players seems to be very inflated this year. You guys project the prices to be lower next season?

Thanks, not exactly teeming I see. Holy North Bay, even mother Hubbard couldn’t find any can food in their cupboard. Look at Ottawa, talk about great management. They should be the model. They could buy anything they wanted or needed…and they lead the league!

Do we know what the official return is? Sounds like 4 or 5 picks coming back but nothing confirmed yet
2 2nds, 3rd and a 7th. not sure the years

EDIT: it was actually 5.

2023 4th (OSH), 2024 2nd (KIT), 2025 2nd (KGN), 2025 6th (WSR), 2026 3rd (NIA)

The assumed return on the Holmes trade is posted on the Windsor board. 2 2nds, 1 3rd and an 7th. Now the Wolves should get what they can for Boudreau and one of their other defensemen, likely Anania.

Jake Holmes:

OSH 4 2023
KIT 2 2024
WSR 2 2025
KGN 2 2026
NIAG 3 2026

Prices are good, start selling some vets, to fill the cupboards.

That I agree with
However remember all the picks for Pezz and OGrady then sent them all to Ottawa for Stratis and Sokolov to Barrie and we ended giving up a 2nd as well. So it shall be seen what he does.

I say he unloads more pieces now for more picks and pick up one valuable 18 year old forward. And if able another import that becomes expendable to help the team the rest of the year.

Wolves need to make the playoffs however losing some good people is usually a bit of downer in the room. Holmes was a good person on and off the ice. Sometimes that’s a huge piece. However the amount of picks was too hard to pass up for him. It does make the Thompson trade much more worth it.

Now we have to ensure we make a run next year. Don’t care if we sell all our picks next year. I want to see a winner. I will take sucking for two years for that.
