Sudbury Wolves 2022-23 Season Thread (Part 2)

  • Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. The Wolves have picks, and can recoup what they could use this year trading Goyette at the next deadline to fund the real run 2024-25

Dvorsky to a team that may not make the playoffs and if they sneak in most likely out in four games. Makes no sense to me, unless he plays one game then is traded for a boat load that makes sense.

Unless he sees playing with Goyette as securing or even upgrading his draft slot.

If we don't get Dvorsky in the next few days, I don't think we'll ever get him. If he sticks in Europe, he'll be AHL bound next season at the very least.

Sure would be nice to have more picks to make moves. Imagine had we got a boatload of picks in the Thompson trade we would be in a much better position to make moves for this season/ next season. Instead of doing Holmes/Boudreau/2nd. Imagine having an actual good GM

A dman was bound to go. Now it will between Larmand and Boudreau as a 19 year old forward to go. Hope just picks back. We need to build the bank for next years deadline as these deals are outrageous.
