Your not that wrong often and your using one reason to defend it? You mean the playoffs during his ROOKIE SEASON?

By your sense, every goalie who is good during their first regular season but are terrible in the playoffs should be traded. You would be a terrible GM

John Ferguson Jr 2.0
I raise you and say Mike Milbury.

Skinner was good tonight, but you're not going to be playing Columbus in the playoffs.

Would be nice if Holloway can become a player, we could really use some fresh legs on the bottom half of the lineup.

Man has Gaudreau's game fallen apart, lol. Sutter worked magic with him I guess.

Ad hominin attacks, nice. Maybe take a look in the mirror genius. Or just enjoy some wins.
“just enjoy some wins”… says the guy who is always negative and rarely posts when things go well. Even in your post you downplay the game because it was Columbus. Look in the mirror

I only watched the first, but Oil played horrible. Doesn’t sound like the 2nd was much better. Need much more than that effort against any decent teams.

Well you and I then differ on our opinion of what "knocking it out of the park" means.

Finding a dirt cheap diamond in the rough who's still relatively young to take you to a Cup win and is a Vezina contender the next season is way beyond finding maybe an OK starter in round 3/4.

Those two things aren't comparable, putting aside the fact that Vegas has found like 10 diamonds in the rough, them finding one at the goaltending position isn't really that shocking considering they do it with forwards and D already.

Who the F was Hill before he took Vegas to winning the cup? He's only two years older than Skinner (a year older when he won the cup), and also a third round pick. Calling a goalie who's posted good numbers when a team plays decent defense Infront of him as not good enough is a joke.

What about another third round pick in Matt Murray who came out of no where to win the cup with the Pens? What about another third round pick that came out of no where to win the cup in Binnington with the Blues? That's three recent un known goalies that were young and third rounders that won the cup.

Swinging your opinion on something just because you don't like the player and can't admit any thing good about him to suit your narrative is asinine

So I missed the third, but was the hit of the game the two CBJ players running into each other?

I just don't think those guys were good enough.

RNH even today is like maybe the 5th best player on the team.

It's hard to build a franchise around that.
He's anywhere from 3rd to 5th depending on the day (usually 3rd or 4th). That's not a bad thing, considering McDrai are the top 2.

Why is Biz grabbing his junk over and over in that clip?
Find it hard to listen to him. He was 4th liner/healthy scratch at best with a career year of 3 goals once in Phoenix. Now he is a hockey analyst .

I think we r gonna have to change Connor Browns name to Charlie Brown. Every time he gets a chance, I swear Lucy is there pulling that puck away. He got a pass last night to possibly go in all alone and he fumbles pass. On Holloway goal, Brown had open net in high slot and hit goalie.

Watching him from row 5, he only played 9 and a bit, but was very noticeable the whole time. His engine is undeniable but he seems to have generated a feel for the game and knows where the puck is gonna be before it gets there.
I think he is a great skater and likes to go to the dirty areas. He will definitely help us down the stretch . If a few guys could have scored, Holloway would have had a few more points since he came back

He's not as athletic as Helle, but there's a lot of similarities.
Is some similarities but Hellebuyck reads the play better. He is pretty much always in the proper position.

I guess we shouldn’t be too excited about the streak guys, some guy on CP said that we’re “smoke and mirrors, and only look good against bottom feeders”.

Which is ironic because Calgary just collapsed to a non playoff team in the Blues.
