Regardless of how it happened it was a result of that cheap shot hit. That's equivalent to boarding some guy and saying you didn't break his jaw it was the boards that did it.

Either those refs didn't want to call it, or they're vision is not good enough to be a pro ref. Both things don't look good for the league.

I love how they're moving on from Kreider to McDonagh. McDonagh has 4 ****ing penalty minutes these entire playoffs, and has 0 in this series. Why go after Kreider when you can injure his smaller center?
