I got it on a dead body during the second main mission.Anyone know where else one could find it? I didn't know to look for it at the Nova Shipyard, and thought I checked out all the bodies.

I agree, I was giving it some thought and I think Oblivion is the only BGS game I like more so far (haven't played Morrowind or anything they released prior).I feel gaslit by these reviewers who loved previous Bethesda games giving this one a mediocre score. This is their best rpg since Oblivion. Yes, better than Skyrim (even though I like the Elder Scrolls setting better).
Makes sense.
I've been trying to stick to just 3-4 guns. If I find a better version of a gun type I'm using, I'll sell or just drop the old one unless it's really valuable.
I pick up all ammo because it has no weight.
I was picking up all the medical / food stuff, but it seems useless. Medkits, Heart+, Amp seem enough for now. The rest is just clutter that I will never realistically use.
Crafting stuff? Eh, I was picking up most of it, then realized a bunch of it was heavy, and kinda stopped. Again, I rarely spend much time crafting in games unless the crafting is really fun or essential (like survival games).
I just ignore all the misc stuff that has no purpose other than selling.
I'm a minimalist at heart Keeps me sane!
If you are playing with a stealth build keep your eyes open for chameleon spacesuits and packs. The Ryujin Industries questline feels like it was made just for me. I invested heavy into lockpicking and stealth and it came in so clutch. It's really helping me understand the story by reading all the information on the computers. I'm interested to find out who -S. is because they've come up on three different planets computers.

You need the medical stuff. Pick up any medical stuff you see, like bandages, injectors, etc.
Once you start exploring more planets you will come down with different medical afflictions that you will need specific treatments for to cure. In each type of medical item there is a little symbol of what it treats that will coordinate with the medical affliction. But you need to do more then match the symbols. If you look in the description of the medical item it will tell you exactly what it treats.
I’ve been hit with lung disease, different infections, poison, lacerations, etc. All of which needed different medical items.
How do you even get it? I tried stealing something at New Atlantis and they put me in jail a day.I highly recommend the Crimson Fleet side quest. When you finish it you are giving the Revanant gun which absolutely shreds enemies, especially if you modify it abit.
If you have have your ballistics maxed nothing stands a chance.

I’m not sure. I haven’t tried sleeping to cure things. I could see that working on some of the stuff but I’m not sure it would work on some of the more serious stuff. Plus when they happen i have normally on some planet and not near a bed. Although I did sprain my ankle jumping in a city. Next time that happens I’ll try sleeping.Good to know! Thanks!
I think I read somewhere that you can sleep off most if not all afflictions? Like 24 or 48 hours will clear it up?
If you haven't noticed, the level of each planet and star system is displayed next to its name.Another thing is I was exploring a planet once as like a level 3 and would absolutely get my shit kicked in by random level 20+ creatures haha.
Thanks. I thought that I was done with Cydonia, but I hadn't finished that mission. I just completed it and was actually able to get 17K from him by choosing the bottom option, about paying extra, first.Ok. I've been meaning to start doing the Vanguard mission but I GOT STUCK DOING ALL SIDE MISSIONS! On that note, in case someone is doing missions for Trevor whasthisname in Cydonia, the one which requires you to do a favor for a Peter something that involves doing a favor for the governor first, board his ship, don't destroy it at first. There's something in there that will make him pay you 12K credits.
I’ve had the game freeze and crash on me a few times now. It goes to a black screen then back to the Xbox Home Screen (playing on a series x).I've had the game stall in-between loading screens about five times now. There's no background picture on the screen, the loading animation in the corner still spins and the music still plays. Had to quit the game and reload it.
Everyone's pointing out there favorite quest lines and I've been doing the Vanguard one with the terrormorphs the most along with the main one.
I don't think it matters here, there is no system in this game that has factions liking or hating each other like in New VegasI'm joining literally every faction. I'm sure that will work out well for me.
If you're talking about the Mantis quest, then you should be able to do it at 9 with a companion. I did it at 14 just fine.Question on the secret code quest.
The planet where the quest is on says level 30 and I’m level 9. Is it doable now or better to wait?
