There is no way Colorados goaltending can compete. Put vasi on Colorado and one of Colorados scrubs on tbay and avalanche win in 5. But that's not what is happening, Tampa in 5.

Kuemper is getting underrated here. He was a top 10 goalie in the league this year until his eye injury. If he's truly healthy he's more than good enough.

Refalanche are about to be introduced to elite NHL and SC winning goaltending. They were in deep trouble vs Binner and had to injure him to survive that series.

Goalies they have faced:
"Big Save" Dave Rittich
Connor Ingram

Ville Husso

Mike Smith

TB, you need to protect your goaltender at all cost. Avs will run them every chance they can, send Maroon and Perry out there to handle those dirty actors on their team. Enjoy your third cup and first true cup without any covid nonsense!

I fell for the eastern hype. In the end, a Tampa team that slept through the regular season comes out of the East. The Avs won't need more than 5. There's no Makar or MacKinnon in the other conference
Bruh the West has one good team. The east was a gauntlet and the best team since the 80s Oilers made it out alive

Deep trouble as in leading the series lol? You're lucky your team even got game 6.

I think Tampa has four advantages:
1. Goaltending
2. Experience
3. A tougher road to get to the Finals which has meant they’ve gotten better as it goes along and are more used to the pressure and intensity.
4. A better overall D when looking at the six for each team. Even though the high end two guys might slightly favour Colorado.
Having said that most of these advantages outside of goaltending aren’t huge so it should be a tight series. I’d take Tampa in 7.
Avs top 2 defenseman are better than Hedman and McD?

The west has 3 good teams but they are all from the same division. The Pacific bracket should be shot into the sun.

St Louis wouldn't even be a playoff team without their special teams, they're garbage. They're a lottery team 5 on 5.

I really want Avs to win but Francouz/Kuemper Vs Vasy is no contest.

Avs and Avs fans are probably in for a surprise. They haven't faced any team that has Vasy like goalie

Unless Mack finds an extra gear that he hasnt ever used before to completely take over teh series this series will be well.....

Tampa in 5 at the most, maybe 4.

The Avs finally meeting a team with an actual goalie. This will be a slaughter.

Blues clowned them in Game 2 and had a lead in G3and were pushing before Kadri decided to injure Binner and then play the victim. Its ok to admit that your team was unable to beat a hot goaltender without injuring him. Good luck vs TB, with all the eyes on this series now it wont be so easy to take runs at him like you did at JB for 3 games.

I personally hope this series goes 7 and the GWG is a shot from the redline so TB can skate around Avs ice with the cup. Then they can party it up in Denver and fly home with another cup for Maroon!
