Stadium Series Uniforms

I could nitpick, but I like them. The grey is perfect.

Slightly better than the POS they currently wear, only because the crown is the crest.

Luc might want to consider it, since I probably have a few more Benjamins in my wallet than a several young punks combined.

But you're right, Luc should absolutely listen to the dumbasses that used to wear their pants down around the middle of their ass or lower. What an awesome sense of style you must have.

What the hell is your problem? I'm sorry, but do you speak for the majority of the Kings fan-base?

I'm 40-years old, have never worn pants around the middle of my ass....and yet I love the current jersey and have since day 1. By judging from the majority of the fans attending the games, they do to.

I think you need to relax, besides...the only ones who should care as much about a jersey as you seem to do are the guys who have to wear them for a living...and I'm doubting that you are one of them.
 
Honestly with the NHL and Reebok getting their hands all over this, I think Luc and the org did a great job. Think about it. This is our fourth jersey for the year, and a specialty jersey at that. We could have done a throw away design like the ducks, but we didn't. We could have done a faux throwback, but that's not what the NHL wanted. We have something that's different, yet still very much says "Kings". It's our current colors (whether you like it or not) and it has a taste of modern and throwback in one. It also has the crown on the front which I know most people here wanted. Sure, it's chrome, but it's the crown none the less. I actually think the chrome fits our logo better than any of the others because it's a metal crown. Can't wait to see these in person, just wish I knew how close the premiers look to the authentics.

P.S. Even though I like the jerseys, this color combo of grey and orange is going to look like a trainwreck on the ice. :laugh:

Why yes, yes I do.

Judging from the majority of fans attending games, the black jersey is all that is being sold and has been sold for some time.

The uniforms don't make the team any better or any worse, but when the topic comes up, I will comment on it. Sorry if you have a problem with that. Maybe you should take your own advice and relax.

You guys have been using that excuse for quite some time now, and I don't really get it. So what you are saying is, despite the hatred for the current jersey, fans will buy it anyways? Because they are all just a bunch of sheep, right?

Then, on top of that, you're basically saying that these fans have no other jersey in their possession that they might rather wear to the games instead...you know, because of course the majority of the fan base hates the current colors...right?

They're ok. I like the logo, makes me miss seeing the crown as the primary logo. I was expecting worse considering the other new sweaters that are out there, but for a special attraction uniform, they work. We're only going to see these for two games and they're gone (allegedly).

Those Ducks jerseys are horrendous.

This makes me like what they wear now juuuuuust a little bit.

They screwed with the crown anyway (lopped off the pointy corners and it looks like there's no purple trim)

How long will these dark days of terrible Kings jersey designs continue?!?!?

The LA patch is laughable. I'm curious if the lead "designer" for these is from the NHL or the Kings.

The NHL and Reebok would show samples to the Kings to choose from. So I imagine the other two possible jerseys could have looked even worse.
