Yup. Get a winger for Miller and Zucc, and drop Nash down with Hayes and Vesey. Hell, if Vesey doesn't get his act together, they might need two forwards.

beyond embarrassing is being kind. So many times defended US Soccer . No fkin more. Heartbreaking. In my lifetime first time seeing a world cup without my nation being there (albeit i'm from italy and family is there).

We lost because we’ve been playing from behind from the beginning of 3 of 4 games (easily could have been all 4) because of slow start and awful goaltending.

Hard to win from behind in this league.

The Kampfer usage was absurd. He got Girardis mins tonight. Scary but abc may have his new Girardi.

Before the season started, someone here explained to me how improved the Rangers youth is. I would call it easily below the league average. One decent line and Skjel is all I see.

Take a look around the league. There are young budding players everywhere on almost every team.

5 v 5 is not good with too many new players and the league expansion did not help us I admit that - we lost Oscar Lindberg who was a force in playoffs for instant and Fast out with injury. But if u look at Real Madrid & Barcelona and consistency - they don`t move key players who are consider part of the core in the club like Messi & Ronaldo and there are others for sure in the same two clubs. And when I look at Blackhawks they have similar core and concept - they are doing very well with a good start of this season and a good pre season planing it seems.

I know you can`t compare soccer to ice hockey based on salary and cap limits, but it`s an example that some NHL franchise try to use - if u change less players more likely you will get more consitency, and that is logic, because the players know each other from previous seasons.

Meanwhile AV seems to struggle, and this is not only on AV our coach, but maybe we`ve too many new players each season so hard to figure out chemistry from 1st to our 4th line. And it does not help on consistency to rotate lines. And all players and talent compete to get a roster spot in NHL - so hard to use NHL lines in the beginning of a pre season.

I love how AV has no patience. He shuffles lines constantly, how are you supposed to build chemistry if you change the lines every period? ....

You and I rarely agree, but I am on record about this.

Here's what's a bit concerning too me. Unless we are going to be road warriors like last year and be as successful as we were, we have to protect home ice ASAP. I'm not so sure we will to be honest.

For first time in forever, we actually have a ton of home games early in the season. In October 9 of the 12 games are at MSG. In November 7 of the 12 games will be played at home. I'm not too good at math but that adds up to 16 of the first 24 games of the season will be played at our barn.

We can't pull the same shit we did last year and struggle to win here...it just can't and shouldn't happen. Well fellas we are already 1-2 at MSG and that includes obviously that loss to the POS Avalanche which just can't happen.

Anyways, we need to somehow someway figure out a way to win 5 if not all 6 of the remaining 6 home games this month to keep things on track otherwise we are really going to need to play as crazy good on the road again.

And unfortunately, like I said, I'm not thinking we will play as well on the road this year as what we did last year on the road was just amazing and typically teams just don't do what we did.

OK on a positive note, the PP looks great, the Buch,Zib and Kreids line looks great. Hank looks fine. Other than that, we have some work to do.

Going to watch the Vegas ceremonies now and forget about tonight....cheers boys. We'll be fine

Because there was a decent amount of turnover, so a lot of new faces/roles, and it's early in the season and we go through this every year since AV became coach.

Yes true, but it`s a reason for that @Irishguy42 , because we usually change the dynamic of the team each summer while moving players.
