We were all over a team that had no legs left after the back-to-back, but just couldn't get it done. They've been improving their play as the games have progressed, so I'm optimistic.

Carey, Holden, and Kampfer need to be wearing suits or in Hartford. We need a depth scoring winger for Hayes' line.

Get this piece of garbage "coach" off my team

The money I've dropped on tickets and merchandise has done more good for this franchise than the presence of the bubble brained idiot who thinks we should play Steven Kampfer when trying to tie the game late

Just "tank" for Dahlin. And fire AV while you're at it. That piece of shit will use Kampfer for at least 30 games this year, i guarantee it. He's found his new Tanner Glass.

Worst part is you can limit a fwd's minute. We all know Kampfer will get +16 minutes every game.

Make Messier the coach or whoever. Just throw AV to the curb with his gum.

Amazing how everyone was happy after the Montreal disaster, but panicking after this one, all because the winning goaltender stole both games.

You can't place too much weight on a 60 minute sample of goal events.

I'm thinking these guys just need some time playing together to jell. We did have a lot of changes this off season. It might take a month to find their game and rhythm. To be honest, I'd rather they started slow and then come on strong in the last part of the season.

Skjei needs to not have a godawful turnover.

Hank needs to not let his back be exposed so deflections like that can happen.

Someone needs to win a friggin' faceoff in an empty net situation.

Someone other than Zibanejad needs to score our goals.

Holden-Kampfer can go back to the pressbox where it belongs.

Wasn't a terrible game though...

In Henke's defense, that doesn't happen without Kampfer turning the puck over on the PK.

I have such a fear of digging a huge hole and ruining the season.

Bad play and bad luck and we can be 2-10.

Gotta win some games and get points.

Scared, worried.

Jeff Gorton don`t like to draft finisher it seems and here we are in the 2017/18 season - good thing that hockey is back on TV.

LOL Smith and ADA are now the missing pieces to our season? We are 0-2 with them as well. We just have to tighten up to start games, start fighting for possession behind the other teams goal line more and have Lundy out play the goalie on the other side of the ice as well.

I love how AV has no patience. He shuffles lines constantly, how are you supposed to build chemistry if you change the lines every period?

Smith was real good for us last season. And he sits him for a career AHLer in Kampfer. Let Smith get into it! Yeah he wasn't good but he's better than Kampfer. You got to help Smith back because he can actually improve the D unlike Glass, oops i mean Kampfer.

We have no one to blame but ourselves. Hutton played well and St Louis generally PKed well, to be sure, but we also failed to capitalize on a few “gimmes”. Hank was stellar. I’m generally patient with my team, and I understand that it sometimes takes a while to get the wheels rolling, but poor coaching decisions are inexcusable. AV knows his team by now; he surely has studied the opposition. How we lost worries me more than the loss per se. I’m growing tired of AV. I just can’t think of a better available alternative (certainly not Ruff). Let’s see if things turn around ...

We've been in much bigger holes than 1-3.

Be scared and worried that AV loves Kampfer and Skjei sucks if anything. But other than that...

Let’s not fall apart so fast. I’d rather be able to snatch up Trotz or Quenneville in the off-season than be stuck with ruff.
