Great assessment! I liked Miller’s game for the most part but I thought his rebound control was iffy at times. Kicking the puck out to the high danger zones is not a recipe for success. He certainly squared to the shooter and gave them little to aim at. He has gained a lot of confidence since coming in on Wednesday in his relief appearance. What a treat it was to watch Noel Nordh in his first game. Lots of people are down on the team, but he's worth the price of admission on his own.
Miller with another stellar performance. That series of saves late in the 2nd was unreal. I'm not sure what happened to start the season, but he's got a .908 SV% and 2.71 GAA in his last 4 games, which is more of what we expected.
I think we can expect this team to rack up a lot of pre-deadline wins if everyone stays healthy.
Caution ! I saw a 3rd. period collapse with Miller saving the day. Upcoming road trip will be very telling.Great assessment! I really liked the puck pressure and forecheck in the game.
A couple of outstanding backchecks from Martin and Allard stood out for me as well.
With a nice 4game win streak in their back pocket, it will be interesting to see if they can continue their revitalized play on the road, starting in Windsor

That’s a huge tell and a great point. Sounds like they are more concerned with winning games in the present and staying competitive. Definitely a good sign, considering I am getting nervous that the organization will get greedy and see dollar signs. It’s great to see Miller have success, he’s definitely unorthodox and yes, always looks like he’s fighting the puck. I thought he did a great job of coming off the goal line and challenging the shooters on Friday.Biggest indicator after being a fan a long time..
Soo isn’t saying the word championship publicly in the paper lol.
Man does Miller ever fight with the puck in net. My best friend is a goalie and he said Miller makes the game a lot harder on himself and he fights the puck all game, there wasn’t a moment he was calm in net.
Nordh looks like a game breaker, should be fun to watch while here. Allard can dominate with his speed and 2 way game. Nice to see Brodie back and flashing his offensive skillset and speed. Miller at times battles the puck and positioning but props to him for a good win and holding down fort in 3rd vs 67s. Getting Carlisle back will help and our D looks like it should settle down with some better pairings. Mignosa looks like he is ready to put up good numbers again.Solid effort by the pups tonight with a 3-2 win over visiting 67’s. Landon Miller solid between the pipes and deserving of 2nd star honours. Hounds are still giving away glorious scoring chances and goaltending is covering up for them .
Noel Nordh with a solid debut with a goal and 2 assists and definitely brought a pro game with him back from Tucson
Allard is one of the top 2 way centres in the league and a former World Junior player. Their first rounder would normally be on the table, but he's already been dealt to Kitchener.
The deadline to get to 3 OA's is in January and one of ours is injured, so there was really no rush in that sense. I think this was pushed by Utah.Hounds will have to get down to 3 Overagers soon. This potential trade will help do that. All teams including Brampton are aware of this. I'm not expecting a big return. But Allard will definitely help any team he's part of. Wonder if anyone else goes with him? Best of luck to him if this is about to happen. Hoping the Hounds and fans are happy with the return.

The standard for recent OA trades of this magnitude has been 5-6 high picks, but Raftis' may have reduced leverage if Utah is involved and we may not get Allard's true value in return.

Ivankovic? Not a chance they traded Leenders to make him the starterwould something like this make sense :
To Hounds :
luke dragusica ( d) 2nd round ohl pick 2023 ( 2007 birth year)
kieran witkowski ( lw ) 2nd round ohl pick 2023 ( 2007 birth year )
jack ivankovic, ( g) 1st round ohl pick 2023 ( 2007 birth year )
To Brampton :
Owen Allard ( oa )
Landon Miller ( g)
Get rid of the goalies, throw in some picks from Brampton might have a winner there?would something like this make sense :

Once Schenkel is healthy, him and Dezoete will likely be the odd ones out when it comes to play time, taking their turns sitting out. I can't see Schenkel playing ball with that for too long though either way so something has got to give in the form of Schenkel and/or Allard to be traded soonThe deadline to get to 3 OA's is in January and one of ours is injured, so there was really no rush in that sense. I would expect maybe 2,3,3.
