Just watched the replay on the chl app. Man we have a terrible feed. Stick with the one camera. it's so hard to focus when they switch cameras every time the puck goes down the ice.

Really really annoying.

New cameras. New company in Rogers.

The cameras are clearly upgraded from previous years, and look way better. They are probably just fiddling around with new angles and what not to get the best experience.

Cameras were clearer for sure. But watching them breakout left to right, only to switch right to left and back left to right within 10 seconds drove me nuts.

Last night was the in-house crew, Rogers/Shaw won't start doing broadcasts until next month I think...Hounds still have a long ways to go to producing a quality in-house video stream albeit it is getting better

Does anyone know why Ethan Montroy is NO longer listed on the Soo roster as per website?

This. 💯💯💯💯

Flints last preseason game in Sarnia they did the same thing.

I didn't mind the view from the end of the ice every now and then, but when you switch from one side of the arena to the other during a rush is absolutely awful.

An odd question, but a question nonetheless: How do the nameplates of the BMB brothers differ? I can't imagine that there would be enough space on the jersey for their first and last name.

Impressive first weekend for the hounds. It's obviously very early, but I don't remember them winning any games last year the way they won on Friday, nor Saturday (although quite different).

London on Wednesday is going to be a different beast though from Flint / Brantford.

Wednesday will be a good test of what this club brings to the table this year

What a start for Travis Hayes.

Might just have to eat my words on that one
It's not even the statline that's impressive. He's excellent in multiple facets. His skating, speed, intuition, shot... really was less than impressed when raftis drafted him early but man, glad he saw what he saw cause the thought of him and Martin together for the next few years is quite exciting in hound town

Karki has really impressed me with his passing ability and hockey IQ.

Kudryavtsev is in the conversation for a top 3 defenseman in the league (only Ty Nelson obviously ahead), while Gibson is certainly in the top 10 discussion. It would be quite the embarrassment of riches if Karki could emerge as that type of player as well.

Our defensemen are certainly going to factor in a lot of goals for us. What I am still trying to determine is how effectively they can shut down the opposition. Karki has a good stick and long reach, but not sure how well he can clear players out from net front. The defensive side of the game is something I am going to be watching closely.
