Great goal by Mignosa, nice set of mitts. Greyhounds are all over Kitchener at even strength for the mist part, just need to stay out of the box.

Sounds like a date. Means we avoid a second round match with London or Saginaw.

Let them soften each other up.

Parsons was the better goalie tonight, Mark Matier agreed in his postgame. We eventually got 3 by him, but it could have been a lot more. Schenkel was solid.

That would be six players missing.

When we came into Kitchener and beat you guys we had missing players as well, big key players like Allard Karki Barker AND it was before trade deadline. You also would have been missing players but it just goes to show you that………..

Depth wins games.

Side note:
Why can’t I like posts anymore?

I couldn't like posts for about a month or more recently. I just figured it was part of getting my pp slapped for breaking forum rules.

you mean a Hunter coached team is dirty? NOOOooooOOOOooooOOOOooooOOO?!?!?!?!?!

:naughty:

the last line "It's your move Ontario Hockey League" is perfect.

Until you remember the OHL sits on it's hands until it is forced to act. Sawyer may very well end his career on suspension, but by then it will be too late.

hitting a guy after he scored? i wonder where boulton would have gotten the idea that's acceptable?

Speaking of liking things, I really liked Mike Farwell's commentary in front of the Queen Street hockey mural (the car horn going off in the background was a nice touch). Note the comments bashing the London Knights (hope the link works):

Good on Farwell. Hammer meet nail. I just wonder why the league sits back on their haunches and watches players getting injured on purpose on dirty plays. Not only this but it's celebrated as if to tell the league to kiss their butts. After a team gets so many suspensions you would think someone responsible would be hauled in to answer for it before there is a serious injury.

hope the league office sees this. London's a bunch of goons. Didn't Arber get suspended for inappro, piate gesture , isn't pointing fingers at Ranger bench and threatening the same, I guess not, it's London

It's no secret that Dale Hunter encourages his players to attempt to injure opponents. Anyone who has watched him or any of his teams play knows this. I've even seen the more objective Knights fans admit that this kind of play is a black mark on an otherwise model organization.

It's a good thing Gibson has a goal because he's been awful defensively. I count no less than 5 brutal turnovers.
