I agree. I too believe there wasn’t anything nefarious and sadly an accusation is an accusation regardless of character of person making it. It’ll be grey for sure, no clear cut black or white. The players value will be determined and that will be what the soo will pay. I don’t feel the buyer beware clause works with this lol. It’s a crappy situation and it’s crappy for everyone involved. itll be rectified so all parties can move on.At the end of the day, you can't force the kid to do anything he doesn't want to do, sucks for the Colts but I think they're sol...as Hockeypops alluded too, I doubt anything nefarious transpired in the background from Raftis, he's a young GM still who I am sure wants to move up to the bigger leagues and pulling a stunt like this wouldn't go over well...
