I legit only watch intermissions and post games because of Vally.

I'd call that an uninspiring win which is a lot better than an uninspiring loss. 3 shots on goal for us pretty much after Kreider scored his game winning goal less than half way through the 2nd period.

Good that Lafreniere gets another goal. Shesty was very good.

Pretty much. Really have no choice to sit him.Trial by fire rookie season for him this year.
He had his break during the covid protocol break.

Lets not forget, Fox was still in college at this point. I think he's been ok, he still flashes his elite skills every game.

Miller played well tonight. You try and carry Brendan Smith around all night with his misplays and poor skating. I don't care what the stats say, he played well.

I hate to use Panarin as a crutch but without him a lot of the offensive zone time just dies on most of these guys sticks. Obviously guys like Chytil, Laf and other young guys will get better but right now we can't maintain any kind of possession in the o zone. I just hope he can get back soon.

Every shift that has Jack Johnson or Brendan Smith on the ice we are in trouble. And add to that our 4th line handles the puck like a grenade and cannot clear the friggin' thing to save their lives. Miller was good tonite.

Trash game. Barely hung on against a horrible Sabres team in disarray. managed a paltry 19 sog. I would rather have lost this game, would have at least put more heat on Quinn's seat.
