Don't know where else to post this, but as someone who doesn't care for Getting Over It and probably won't bother playing this game, I just want to say that this is a perfectly conceived game trailer, IMO.

It’s QWOP if you ever played that. I think Bennet Foddy made QWOP too.

Just effin' give me a PS5 slim. I am not buying the OG since it doesn't fit anywhere.
I have heard it’s not coming, but who knows.

Yeah, I'm not interested/impressed with the actual game/mechanics or anything, I just think the premise used to justify the mechanic, the way the trailer presents that premise, and the way it concludes is perfect. I actually didn't know Bennet Foddy had those types of sensibilities-- they weren't really present in Getting Over It, IMO.

Downloaded the Life of P demo last night before going to bed. Pretty decent so far.
Its not bad, but if you ever played bloodborne you realize how much of a knockoff it is. I still like the demo but I got to the final boss, and the boss heals itself. Not a fan of that mechanic. Also the controls are a bit stiff.

I’m ready to deliver my verdict in Lies of P after finishing the demo. It’s horrible. It would be mediocre but for one mechanic. All bosses (every boss, even an NPC boss) continue to regenerate health if you don’t keep attacking them. Not even at some slow tick either. They will get a huge chunk of their health back if you don’t attack them for like 10-15 seconds. This will almost double the damage you need to do to kill a boss if you like to play a slower style.

Did my PS4 controller die? It keeps wanting to point upwards and I think my left joy stick is the problem.
PS4 controller I NEVER had stick drift problems with. Dualsense on PS5, that is another matter...

I've had three Dualsense controllers with bad left stick drift. Two replaced under warranty both of which failed again within three months. One they refused to replace again since it was already a replacement.

I will say the two I have bought since they refused to replace have had NO problems. I read somewhere they changed out the Potentiometer (?) in newer revisions that are more reliable. From my experience, that seems true. I also bought the Dualsense Edge and this is a beautiful piece of hardware and if you do have stick drift, official SONY parts can be swapped out easily since the controller is modular.

Dualsense got a few upgrades last year when the purple/blue ones came out. Battery, sticks, and triggers.

In my experience the DS4 was the same; had a few revisions over the years. My newest one is the only one that hasn't had any issues. Ended up taking a couple of the earliest ones apart to see if I could fix anything and there were definitely some different looking parts inside between them.

Like, I ran through Xbox controllers every six to nine months when I was playing it the majority of the time. I get they were always junk from Microsoft, but Playstation was always notorious for having very good and stable controllers, but it seems I am suffering from the same problem I am with my Xbox ones. Mega bad stick drift directing up to the point that the system is actually unplayable for me until I replace it I guess.

What games are you all playing that you're breaking the controllers constantly? I've never had one break or get stick drift or whatever, across all platforms for 30 years lol
For me COD and my kid plays FN on his controller.

I abused my PS4 controller through many COD titles and it never got stick drift. The launch version of the Dualsense was garbage which they seemed to have recognized.

And when they sent warranty replacements I'm pretty sure they were refurbs which just developed the same problems, and probably quicker.

Yeah, that's why I don't understand it. The Sony controller should be pretty durable.

Assassin's Creed: Origins, but it has problems with the YouTube app as well.
