I don’t doubt Torts is not a bullshitter. But you can be direct/honest and have emotional IQ too. Torts does not have the latter. That’s when you approach plain old asshole territory.

In the end, you can spin any personality type as a positive or negative depending on how the team looks. The Flyers look bad, make no adjustments, and their personnel usage is diarrhea. So yeah. The scary thing is that it’s not just that generation. Many many younger people buy into it too. Oh yes, they’ve passed it on fairly successfully. There is hope, but distant and slim.
