That's just like, your opinion, man. This team is gonna crash and burn. I'm calling it now.
It doesn't mean I gave up hope, though. I'm just preparing for the worst because the last few games have not filled me with confidence. That's just like, your opinion, man.
Medal or bust.
Also the fact that they didn't announce Halak was a hard no right away gives me hope.
Final roster
The management of the national team will wait to see how the situation develops regarding the potential arrivals of goalkeeper Jaroslav Halák and defender Šimon Nemec. Defender Michal Beňo and forwards Maroš Jedlička and Adrián Holešinský left the team after Saturday's personnel cuts.
Is not Lunter very speedy and hardworking, hence perfect for 4th line? What a joke. Lunter over Jedlička shows that agents probably still have an influence over the nomination, i cant explain it otherwise. What exactly has he ever brought to the team? Jedlička had a chance to give himself a boost to his career even if he started on the 4th line....
Lunter and the words speed and hardworking do not go together. Amazes me that Jedlicka was cut for him.Is not Lunter very speedy and hardworking, hence perfect for 4th line?
He still might. Him and Halak are still a 'maybe'. Depends on what the Devils have to say.Why didn’t Nemec make the team?
There is that thing, magic beans, you knowIt's always interesting for me to look into the Slovakian roster, compare it to the Latvian one and then compare the expectations of each fan base.
You guys are missing most key players and your goalies would normally make the Slovakia C team if everyone was available. Player by player, I cannot see a real difference in quality between Latvia and Slovakia with the players at hand at this point and time. Without Nemec and Halak, Latvia might even have a slight edge.
Yet you guys are actually considering a top 3 finish. That's not to say you're wrong, but what amazes me is that a lot of Latvian fans are more concerned about getting relegated than making the play-offs.
Just a little rant I wanted to share with you
Too slow. Ramsay likes speedsters. Why was not Mikus and Marcinko even invited to camp? Points wise they should be there
He's likely debuting for NJ tomorrow. He either comes after that or goes to win the SC.Nemec will only join it NJ is eliminated. And Halak is not joining the team.
That’s highly unlikely, unless you read that somewhere. There is a few dmen in front of himHe's likely debuting for NJ tomorrow. He either comes after that or goes to win the SC.
Just speculation after he was added to the roster today. That’s highly unlikely, unless you read that somewhere. There is a few dmen in front of him
They won't change the roster after a win unless someone is injured.
But one thing is clear, Swiss and Slovakian are rooting for the Canes.![]()
Nope, no Dvorsky no Honzek. Disappointed for sure, especially since Honzek wasn’t even given a look in the pre tournament matchesSo Dvorsky or no Dvorsky at the WC?
