this whole debacle started after they killed the penalty and it was 1-0. the whistle blew and instead of just skating off scheifele decides to go start something out of nothing. he skated out of his way to get into a pushing match then myers and everyone had to come in. completely pointless.

I'm not going to blame Maurice completely, players need to look in the mirror to, but what do you expect from a barely .500 career coach, still though he is not getting fired unless this team totally takes a dump in the playoffs.

So many important players simultaneously had awful games and this was the result. Worst I've seen Morrissey, Myers, and Trouba play in awhile. Wheeler and Scheif stayed where they've been for the past few games. Not a recipe for success.
