I expect that Pinto will eventually end up in the top six either at RW with Tkachuk & Norris or at centre between Stutzle & Batherson. Hopefully, either way he should be able to do quite well with either line. If we ever see L. Brown, Pinto could move to RW & they could still have a very good top six in time.

I’m not sure Pinto has the playmaking to be a top six C in the NHL. However, his strong defensive game and faceoffs are hard to ignore. It’s possible he becomes a winger who takes faceoffs and allows us to keep a weak faceoff C on the roster.
