This is why i was so bitter about losing to an average team like the Rangers with 5 minutes left, we're not in the same league as a team like the Caps.

I wouldn't worry about Chabot. Most of his minutes in the last couple of games have been in the offensive zone with the goalie pulled.

Part of the issue is doubling up Zub and Chabot.

It leaves the other pairings pretty weak - particularly without a second offensive option.

Being thrown to the wolves in general as the season wears on and the top guys are being over-played and there's zero depth to help out. Tonight was a good game but with a decent 2nd pairing and a real top-6 C or W, we might have actually won instead of being shelled like it's 1941.

We're pretty banged up right now. I think adding Watson and Pinto in helps a lot. Ya I know, pinto is 20 and a rookie. Some guys are ready young and he is and a guy like Watson helps in heavy games like that.

We're 2 and 4. Worse case we should be 3 and 3 in my mind but here we are. Hopefully a little puck luck and we get on a roll
