Get back to me in 10 games when we've lost most of them and the kids are getting tired and frustrated.

Can't throw them to the wolves like this.

If we need to make a move, I'm sure we will. We obviously are looking to do so regardless.

We're in every game, have had tons of injury trouble, bad bounces, bad reffing, Brady missed camp... I'm not worried at all.

Well that was entertaining

GM has to address the weaknesses on this team or we won't go anywhere

Throw them to the wolves?? They are carrying the play.

It's one thing if they're getting caved in, but they're not.

I'm not worried about results, because obviously we're not a playoff team this year, but I am concerned about the mental state of the young guys being asked to be competitive with zero help. This will inevitably lead to disaster.

This is so messed up lol. We truly only have two good dmen and Holden who is being asked to do more than he can due to lack of options. DJ must be pissed.

Our 3rd best dman is in the minors because he is short and is 'apparently' worse defensively then zaistev, j.brown, mete and MDZ, so he cant be that pissed

We're in the early parts of the season and were on a long home stretch. When they're on the road and are asked to outdo themselves every single night because there's nobody passed the top-6 and top-4, things are going to inevitably fall apart.

We are playing well enough to win games, we just aren't executing.

The contrast with last year is that the first ten games of 2020-2021 season held no hope for winning.

Isn't "executing" the same as "playing"?

I think you are misusing the word 'inevitably'. Either that, or 'disaster'. I think most of the vets aside from Tierney can and will be better. Murray will help. Return of Pinto and Watson will both help significantly.

Throw them to the wolves? That was a good game. We didn't get any goaltending. Some good takeaways from that game to score 5 and to have the better of the play in 2 periods

Being thrown to the wolves in general as the season wears on and the top guys are being over-played and there's zero depth to help out. Tonight was a good game but with a decent 2nd pairing and a real top-6 C or W, we might have actually won instead of being shelled like it's 1941.
