Well of course, since he is low on them. The good thing is that people who actually watch him are high on him.
Since we're going overboard with the comparisons I'll go ahead and say that he reminds me of a young Martin St Louis.I compare Farrell to Marner
100% Nathan GerbeSince we're going overboard with the comparisons I'll go ahead and say that he reminds me of a young Martin St Louis.
It would be funny if Farrell plays on a line with Sean Monahan, either late this year, or even next year somehow.I compare Farrell to Marner
Our very own Brandon Point100% Nathan Gerbe
Pfff no Habs are allowed to have pointsOur very own Brandon Point
Is he related to Brayden Point? his younger brother??Our very own Brandon Point
Gerbe was fast. He reminds me moreso of a young Glen Metropolit.100% Nathan Gerbe
Does he possess strong skating?
Yeah, his first few steps are not as dynamic as like let’s say caufield but that’s not a problemGreat agility and edgework.. his straight line speed/acceleration are not fantastic but he's so smart that its rarely an issue except for a foot race for a loose puck.
So NESN is the only televised broadcast? I feel for those who can't stream and don't have access.
99 out of 100 NHL teams would pick Knies over Farrel .The Untouchable Matthew Knies only has 31 pts in 29 games in his 2nd NCAA year.
Obviously they play a tougher conference but he also plays with better players.
Only on pace to slightly do better than his freshman year, as well.
I guess some people have that but I would never pay for it. I prefer to pay for IPTV and to have the ability to pull any game from any league worldwide.NHL Network
I think they are streaming it but I don't see it listed this evening on their TV broadcast.Beanpot final is not on TSN?
Ranked 1 spot ahead of Matthew Knies in Scott Wheeler's mid-season top 50 draft prospects.
He was ranked in the 40s.
Wheeler sees him as a top-9 player with PP1 qualities.
To be fair Scott Wheeler is an absolute buffoon, who overvalues stats because he is the typical online nerd who has never played the game at any respectable level. Same clown who didn't like Guhle but loves Dumais.
Sorry, had to let that out.
They are both very good prospects and it is nearly impossible to compare them due to playing in very different leagues and possessing opposite strengths/weaknesses.
I would have to consider taking Knies over Farrell but it is too close to call, how about yourself?
