This will be a straight forward Oilers win. The Panthers are completely done and have bottled it. They're the laughing stock of the league if they lose this

Call me crazy...Just got a feeling.......Matthew Tkachuck is going to score into his own net in the final minute of the 3rd and rip off his jersey to reveal an Oiler one underneath, and the double agent he always was for Edmonton.

I can't even imagine how hyped Oilers fans must feel right now. If they win, they should declare tomorrow a provincial holiday.
Absolutely no work is getting done in this city today.

It’s a combination of anxious/nervous, excited, happy and honestly - emotional as well. A lot of these hype videos are hitting right in the feels.

If the Panthers lose they are still clearly a great team that's likely just suffered from burnout and injuries. Massive respect for what they've done this year. Nobody in the East could hang with them in a series.

Haven't been able to watch much of this series yet but definitely need to tune in tonight!
Not even sure who I want to win

So are we all in agreement that Sean McDonough needs to be muted? lol

I envy the folks who get sportsnet.

I wish Oilers fans the best of luck tonight. I admire the ones that never gave up.

I really want to win so bad, and if we can’t get it done tonight it will be soul crushing.

Forst goal cam pretty much determine the night more than anything whoever gets scored on better be able to a swer back and not get shell shocked/put in despair. Can be a 2-1 game or an intense 5-3 game

lmao... no professional athlete ever would suddenly get burnt out once they're leading 3-0 in the stanley cup final.

Jesus christ, AI "art" needs to die. This is actually the worst one I've ever seen.

Like, how do you generate this, and then go "yeah, this is something that needs to be shared with the internet?"
I wanted to show it as a joke about how bad that was.

Chill out my friend holy shit.

I kinda feel for Maurice. Dude was the young 'wunderkind' coach once upon a time who took some rag tag underdog teams deep, then eventually became a grizzled journeyman vet coach still chasing a Cup almost three decades later. A week ago he could almost taste the champagne and now he might lose it all in an epic chokejob to a guy literally named Knob who is a rookie head coach himself and was gifted the most talented players in the game today. Hell, he might even get fired after this, Zito doesn't f*** around.

This is what we live for as hockey fans. You have my full envy this evening.

Seeing alot of "this is ONE OF the biggest games in NHL history" or "biggest game since 1942".

Nah. Think about it, this is THE biggest game in NHL history. We are witnessing history tonight.
