How many odd man rushes are we planning to give up? I’ve lost count. It’s over 5.

Gaudreau ain’t making the world jr team with these stats. He’s been awful.

I'm starting to think we might have to trade for a goalie. Give Ben some competition like last season with Thornton. Like the Fazio/Graham situation a few years back.

At least they've established early I should sell my ticket every 3rd game. Embarrassing effort. There's two VERY different sting teams so far.

I almost thought about driving in from London for this game. Thank god I didn’t.

So much for a consistent effort. I’ve never seen a team come out flying like Sarnia did, and then completely shut down to the extent that they have in this game. Letang rips them a new one after calling a time out and they immediately go out and give up multiple odd man rushes. Windsor has had constant 2 on 1’s and 4 on 2’s.

Switching this garbage off and switching to some real hockey. Yikes.

Bad stuff. Come out hot & utterly dominate for 10 minutes then just stop playing for 30 minutes.

This team can be great but to be great you need to he consistent. They best learn in a hurry. I'd rather it happen now than later but it doesn't change how frustrating it is.

In saying that I pin the loss on Gaudreau. Never have before, but no matter the level your playing at when your goalie gets outplayed to the level he did tonight your not gonna win. He has to be better.

Thank god Wainwright was on line 1 in the 3rd. Got an assist. Hopefully he starts there Sunday.

When do questions start being asked about Gaudreau? Drafted 7th overall and every year hes been under .900 save perc. Only a .888 on his career in 78 games so not small smaple size either. This will be his lat year in the league and only at .848 alm,ost 10% of the way through the season

I'm already asking questions, where did the goalie from last years playoff series vs. WSR go? He's facing only 25 shots a night and he's worse for some reason. There is for sure some cause for concern.

We were utter trash his other 2 years. He's been good in 4 of 6 starts. Not worried in the slightest. If we are 20-25 games in & he's having complete duds as often then I'll worry about it.

Not many positives tonight but I have loved Sikic' game this week. His skating has improved a fair bit. Being more assertive & confident.

He, Vilmanis & Burke have been awesome below the dots, cycling & have done very well on the backcheck, PK. Could see it being such a good playoff line down the road if they stick.

Quick thoughts watching that game:
Did we keep the wrong goalie? Thornton is off to a hot start
Did the team fold after Hoover's 5 min penalty?
We need some better D
Would it a kill a forward to crash the net?

Another absolute dud on home ice. Defence was bad but it would be nice if Gaudreau made a save every now and then. Wrist shots from the top of the circle should not be going in... this isn't just this year hes been pretty mediocre his whole time in Sarnia... Ty Voit is a stud and is carrying this garbage fire on his shoulders. Our 2019, 2020,2021,2022 first round picks have combined for 4 goals 6 pts this year in 23 combined games. 2 of 4 games at home the game has been essentially over less that half way through... and people wonder why attendance is bad... expect it to get worse. I said last year they should have kept Thornton and dealt Ben.... Thornton seems to be having a nice start to his year...

Truth re Voit but in regards to 1st Rd picks not scoring: 2019 was a goalie, 2021 has 3g and 2022 is just 16 and getting started and will be a stud IMO. 2020 is a problem though as well as a number of dud 2nd rounders.

How nice is it gonna be playing a new team finally. Been since FEB 14th, 2020 that we've played an Eastern conference team.

Mississauga is really good. Some peoples favorite in the east. Boys will have to play the good version of their game if they wanna win.

Need a good bounce back from Gaudreau & hopefully fewer odd man rushes allowed. Hope to see Wainwright up in the lineup.

Yeah I tossed 2019 in there because it's absolutely ridiculous they took a goalie 7th overall. Agree Martone will be really nice.

Gaudreau’s performance is concerning no doubt. I do agree that his time in Sarnia has been mediocre at best. Need to give him some more time though. He still won a gold medal at U-18’s and SJ obviously sees his potential.

Forsure the potential is there and yah it is early.... hope he turns it around cause if he doesn't it will be another long year in Sarnia... Tbh the west is rather weak this year so if Ben turns it around and we add someone its not too far fetched for Sarnia to win a round. They just gotta stop putting up duds on home ice.

They have more than 1 Round potential but we all know how that goes lol.

I can't confirm the accuracy of this, last week Sudbury started the 2nd line listed.

MacDonell up to L1. I like that. Wainwright/Namestnikov/Martone could be fun. See how they do. Surprised Filak to L4.

Hoover got 3 games for his hit Friday.
RD lines are switched up, now 74 28 3.

I have truly never seen less ppl at an OHL game. I mean good God what is that 500 ppl? Tops? Embarrassing.
Went to see the Generals affiliate last night (Mississauga Chargers), lineup sheet says 125 avg. Might have been 3/4 of that.

Really good opening pd. Dominated play 5on5. Just couldn't beat Leenders. Couple big stops by Gaudreau on the PK late in the pd.

Wow this game is getting nasty. 3or4 huge hits so far. All clean.
