Loved listening to Way post-game. He completely accepts & relishes being a role player & he knows you need guys like him to win.

Been a very slept on add for us. Nearly a 20G pace playing 4C + all the small things he does & adds to the team.

I spent the first 15 games or so wondering why the H did we pick up this guy. He’s become one of my favorite players on the team. I’m a huge fan. Just another of the whole team of 100%ers

Team is optimistic Hoover will be back for playoffs. I for the longest time wanted him back in the T6 D, but man I don't see a world where it makes sense to remove Fischer with how well he's played & with how well he & Dillingham play with each other.

Fischer rarely makes mistakes & moves it extremely well for a rookie. He's physically gotten a lot more confident & is very sound in his own end.

I love what Hoover brings though. Physically he, Dillingham & Del Mastro would beat the crap out of teams over a 7 game series. Will be a tough decision.

Could see them running 11F/7D.

I'd be ok with that. I like Doucette and his energy but it's worked out well having the big guns rotate into that 3rd spot on the 4th line throughout the game. I think Hoover's impact on the game would be higher than Doucette's imo.

See what the boys got for today's game! GUE coming off a big W vs LDN. In the hunt for the 4-5 matchup. We beat them badly the last time too so you know they'll want some revenge.

Burke 1 off 50. Pastujov 2 off 40. Be sweet if he got it against his former squad.

First game back in Guelph for Pastujov. Hopefully he comes out fired up, he's been quiet the last few games

Definitely not on our game to start. Way to loose & sloppy.

I repeat definitely not on our game lmao.
 
Good push back to tie the game. Gotta tighten up and stay out of the box. Guelph is skating well. No idea where this game is going lol
 
Nowhere near their A game tonight. As I said, they were due for one of these, but they've still got a chance. 2nd line is really buzzing. Need L1 to get going in the 3rd.
